Its combination of herbs strengthens the muscles, sinews and joints, as well as circulates energy through the 3 tantien centers of energy in the body. It is intended for use in specialized areas of practice where the strength of the arms and the legs is a major factor, such as extensive running, jumping, lifting of heavy weights,  pushing or pulling activities similar to intense, advanced martial arts training. Great for preparing for competition, and can be taken 1 hour prior to competitive events to help maximize vital energy and focus to the challenge at hand.

Method of use: Take 1 - 2 teaspoons, 2 times per day (AM/PM) and 1 hour prior to competition, testing, or any mental/physical challenge.
