Return Policy

It is the nature of our products that returns are not accepted. All Sales are final. Contact us at shenmartialartsinfo@gmail.com with any problems with your product or purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your full satisfaction.

When reporting a problem or defect,  complaining party must provide confirmation of reported issue. A picture(s) taken on a cell phone that clearly showing the cause for the complaint report is the standard method for confirmation. Otherwise, the return of the item for review will be required. Once the reported issue is confirmed Shen will make a decision on how to resolve the issue, by replacement, store credit or other agreed on method. 

 

We may, without prior notice, change products and services; stop providing the products or services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
