The herbs in this formula  act on gout in several ways and from different angles. The main herbs have the abiity to lower Uric Acid levels in the blood.  Another group of herbs lower heat, relieve pai, move blood, expel fluids and reduce swelling and inflammation. Finally, the supporting herbs balance out any extreme effects and synergize the herbs into a single healing substance that is well absorved and devoid of extremes that can cause side effects.

How to Use:
For Prevention: Take 1 dropper per day on an empty stomach. 
For Existing Gout: Take 1 dropper 2 times per day, once in the morning and once at night. Take both on an empty stomach if possible, otherwise take at least 1 hour after eating. 
These are minimally suggested starting dosages to be adjusted as needed. 
Best if used in conjunction with regular exercise and a low fat diet.
 
Please note, these suggeted initial dosages. This is a great preventive herbal to avoid excessive uric acid generation, accumulation and potential build up of uric acid crystals in the joints. For those with existing gout, recurring  flare ups and joint crystals, consistent, prolonged use of this tincture can lower frequency of incidence and helps reduce and remove crystals.
