Known in Chinese as Sup Ji Kuen or Siu Sup Ji Kuen, this form is taught builds strength, teaches footwork and hips, waist, hand coordination and emphasizes the build up of jing while in motion.


Performed by both GM Doc Fai Wong and Sifu Jason Wong,  the form is shown in slow motion, walk-through pace and in different directions and is detailed step by step with a student while GM Wong adjusts and corrected while using the cantonese terminology.
