Monk's Fist combines many of the various aspects of other Dit Da Jow formulas and is exceptionally good for healing. It contains more of the hot, analgesic herbs, therefore it is best used after a hard days work out, to heal the bumps, bruises, strains, swellings, contusions, etc. that result from serious training or from accidental damage. It is also excellent to help relaz and loosen tight muscles and sinews.

On a scale from +10 (yang/hot/healing) to -10 (Yin/cold/conditioning), this formula is a + 5, so more on the warm side, very swayed towards healing, with strong analgesic properties.  It is balanced by some of the more yin herbs as well, making it a great all around formula.
