This is a Wonderful, very effective training Tool.  Approximately 18'' long and 2 1/2'' wide, Thick Canvas Bag hand constructed and filled with 6 pounds + of steel shot and a small amount of s traditional herbal mix. The herbs break down into a powder that goes through the canvas and is administered to the body area you are training. The more you practice,  the more medicinal properties you receive. Ancient and simple, yet brilliant.
