The two tiger forms presented are from Southern China and taken together constitute a set, with the techniques learned in one complimenting the other.


The tiger style concentrates on strengthening the bones and joints. These forms are long with excellent fighting techniques clearly demonstrated. They are not numbered in the order of difficulty as both require equal skill to perform.  


This is part 1 of the full form but each of the 2 parts can be practiced as a stand alone set. Part 1, nicknamed small tiger set has over 150 movements and is an excellent training form as well as a fighitng set.
