For use with steel shot filled roller bars, bamboo hammers, oak bone hitters/ strikers  for Teet Kiu Gong or Iron Bridge Training as well as for tapping training of the shins, bamboo bone hitting of the large bones, Teet Tou Gong or Iron Head Skill. It is made for deep penetraing training to prevent bone bruising and accelerate bone healing time to keep you regularly training your Iron Bones. 
 
With the associated training,  use of iron bone rub moves qi through the bone and aids in increasing bone density and bone strength and resistance. For those with a deeper understanding, this herbal medicine aids in the practices related to Bone Marrow Washing which is origin of all martial Iron Skills methods come from. 
 
Specially good for using the Shot filled roller bar. Can be used for conditioning and resistance training regimens such as Stone penetrating fingers, stone warrior, iron shirt, iron vest and others. Originally used on large bones to maintain and increase the amount of red marrow and keep the marrow red (clean) . The roller bar stimulates the movement of Qi as in bone marrow washing. 
 
Works with a variety of methods and exercises  but is best with roller bar or rattan stickcombination of balance training, weight training and conditioninig training. The herbs on this formula are directed primarily to enegy flow through the bone marrow, to help cleanse the bone marrow, increase the wei qi, improve strength/balance and very importantly, increase bone density using any exercise regimen from light walking to intense power lifting.
 
Rub perpendicular to the length of the bone you are working. If working the abdomen or core, roll in parallel to the length ofthe body. 
 
Do not ingest. Use only as a topical liniment.
