How to Use:
For Prevention: Take 1 dropper per day on an empty stomach. 
For Existing Gout: Take 1 dropper 2 times per day, once in the morning and once at night. Take both on an empty stomach if possible, otherwise take at least 1 hour after eating. 
These are minimally suggested starting dosages to be adjusted as needed. 
Best if used in conjunction with regular exercise and a low fat diet.
 
Please note, these suggeted initial dosages. This is a great preventive herbal to avoid excessive uric acid generation, accumulation and potential build up of uric acid crystals in the joints. For those with existing gout, recurring  flare ups and joint crystals, consistent, prolonged use of this tincture can lower frequency of incidence and helps reduce and remove crystals.
